Relationship with Zolanius
I co-founded Zolanius, an independent product and technology due-diligence practice for early-stage investors. This site describes my personal fractional CTO and advisory work, which is separate from Zolanius.
To protect the independence of Zolanius, that practice does not accept assessments of companies where either co-founder has performed fractional, advisory, or consulting work in the previous 6 months. If we have already spoken about your company through this site, and an investor later commissions a Zolanius assessment of it, Zolanius recuses.
Accessibility
We are committed to making dirkbauer.com accessible to everyone, including users of assistive technologies. The site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and applies the following commitments:
- Text and interactive elements use a minimum contrast of 4.5:1 against their background.
- Interactive controls are keyboard-operable and expose accessible names.
- Content structure uses semantic landmarks and a single h1 per page.
- Font sizing uses relative units and reflows without loss of content down to a 320px viewport.
- Content images carry descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked as such.
Known limitations we are working to close:
- The cookie-consent widget is provided by a third party and its markup is not fully under our control.
- Some pages have not been formally tested with an automated scanner or by keyboard-only users.
